I visited this establishment twice in the same day. On the first visit, we dined in and service was amazing. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that took care … read more of us (colorful, short bob haircut) The food was also good; I tried the white chicken chili and blackened chicken salad and my son ordered the classic burger. We came back later that night to place a to go order and this is where the low ratings come in. I tried calling to place the order but no one answered. When we got there, we understood why. The place was packed! My issue is that we stood at the counter to place an order and NO ONE acknowledged us for about 5-7 minutes, though they saw us standing there. I got the attention of the lady that was handling the bar and to-go orders and advised that I’d like to place an order. She advised that I was in the right spot and that food would take about 30 minutes, which we we fine with. It still took a few minutes for her to take the order. After she did, it took even longer for her to take the payment. I had to request the bill. Again, the place is packed so there are no seats and the to-go spot is also at the opening of the bar where employees constantly walk in and out. On top of that, the wings were NOT good. We ordered a 20 piece: 10 lemon pepper and 10 black magic. The lemon pepper was pretty bad. My 22 year old son who loves wings only ate about 4 or 5. Black magic was a little better but nothing to write home about. The blue cheese also didn’t meet our expectations. Seems like a very popular place but I won’t return. Attached pictures are from the first visit. The wings didn’t deserve the attention 🤷🏽♀️
